Directions:
Teenagers 13 to 18 years: take 2 tablets daily with a meal. Adults: take 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Calcium (from calcium carbonate) 600mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3).
