Use a pea-sized amount 2-3 times a day, 7 days a week, brushing thoroughly after each meal or at least twice daily.

Directions:
Use a pea-sized amount, 2-3 times a day, 7 days a week. Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a doctor or dentist. Teach children under 6 years of age good brushing and rinsing habits to minimise swallowing, and supervise children as necessary until capable of brushing without supervision.
