Optislim VLCD Yoghurt Cereal Bar is a yoghurt and cereal flavoured meal replacement bar for people following a very low calorie diet (VLCD) weight management program. It is nutritionally balanced and formulated with a soy and whey protein blend.

Each bar can replace a meal, three times a day, and is interchangeable with other products in the Optislim VLCD range. Contains milk and soy, and may contain cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, sesame seeds, sulphites and peanuts.

Directions:
Replace each meal with one 60g bar, three times a day. One serve of this bar can be replaced with one serve of any other Optislim VLCD product.
