It provides all daily nutritional requirements including 25 vitamins and minerals when you use 3 shakes per day, and is interchangeable with other Optislim VLCD products for variety.

Directions:
Add one 25g sachet to 200mL of cold skim milk (less than 1% fat), blend or shake to dissolve, and drink immediately. Replace each meal with one shake sachet, 3 times a day. Discard any unused portion; do not store for later use.
