Optislim VLCD Platinum Shake Creamy Vanilla is a meal replacement shake with the added benefits of Glucomannan, Ginseng and Green Coffee, made for people following a very low calorie diet (VLCD) weight management program.

Used three times a day, it provides daily nutritional requirements and is interchangeable with other products in the Optislim VLCD range. Contains gluten, milk, caffeine and soy.

Directions:
Add one 25g sachet to 200mL of cold skim milk (less than 1% fat), then blend or shake to dissolve and drink immediately. Replace each meal with one shake sachet, three times a day.
