Directions:
Add one 25g sachet of Optislim VLCD Platinum Shake to 200mL of cold skim milk (less than 1% fat). Blend or shake to dissolve. Drink immediately; any unused portion should be discarded and not stored for later use. Replace each meal with one 25g shake sachet, 3 times a day. We recommend a minimum of 2 litres of water and 2 cups of mainly green vegetables are consumed in addition daily.
