Optislim VLCD Peanut Butter Bar is a peanut butter flavoured meal replacement bar for people following a very low calorie diet (VLCD) weight management program. Used alongside other Optislim VLCD products, it forms part of a nutritionally balanced plan providing daily vitamins and minerals.

Each bar can replace a meal, three times a day, and is interchangeable with other products in the Optislim VLCD range. Contains peanuts, milk and soy, and may contain cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, sesame seeds, sulphites and peanuts.

Directions:
Replace each meal with one 60g bar, three times a day. A minimum of 2 litres of water and 2 cups of mainly green vegetables are recommended in addition to the bars each day.

Ingredients:
Protein blend (soy protein, whey protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, skim milk powder), chocolate milk compound, tapioca prebiotic fibre, peanuts, dietary fibre and a vitamin and mineral blend.
