Optislim VLCD OptiMan Premium Shake Vanilla is a low calorie diet meal replacement shake formulated for men following a structured weight management plan. Each serve is designed to provide protein, vitamins and minerals alongside the OptiBiome ingredient blend.

The shake is intended to be used in place of meals as part of a very low calorie diet, with a low calorie dinner and everyday snacks making up the rest of the day. Contains milk and soy.

Directions:
Mix 3 level scoops with 350mL of chilled water in a shaker and dissolve. Drink immediately and do not store for later use. Replace breakfast and lunch each day with an OptiMan Shake, with a low calorie dinner and snacks made up of everyday food.

Ingredients:
Protein blend (whey protein isolate, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate), milk solids, dietary fibre (inulin, psyllium husk), OptiBiome, medium chain triglycerides, natural flavouring, minerals and vitamins.
