Optislim VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) Cookies & Cream Bar is a nutritionally balanced meal replacement designed for people on a practical weight management program.

The bar contains all of the daily nutritional requirements, including 25 vitamins and minerals, when 3 VLCD products are used per day. It contains milk and soy, and is made on equipment that also processes nuts, gluten, sesame seeds, peanuts and sulphites.

Directions:
Replace each meal with one 60g bar, 3 times a day. One serve of Optislim VLCD Bar can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the Optislim VLCD range. It is recommended that a minimum of 2 litres of water and 2 cups of mainly green vegetables are consumed in addition to the bars each day.
