Optifast VLCD Shake Vanilla is part of a nutritionally complete, very low-calorie diet program, providing all the nutrients required for safe and effective weight loss. Every shake contains 27 essential vitamins and minerals, is high in protein and a source of fibre, and can replace one, two or three meals a day.

Add one sachet to 200-250mL of cold or warm water and stir, blend or shake to dissolve - do not use boiling water. Prepared shakes should be covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature, or within 24 hours if refrigerated. This carton contains 12 individual sachets in Vanilla flavour.
