Every shake contains 27 essential vitamins and minerals, is high in protein and a source of fibre, and can replace one, two or three meals a day as part of the Optifast Program.

Directions:
Add one sachet to 200-250mL of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. Consume within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.

Ingredients:
Skimmed milk powder (40%), milk proteins (calcium caseinate 19%, sodium caseinate 6%), vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), maltodextrin (corn), cocoa (5%), minerals, vegetable gum (414), fructo-oligosaccharide, inulin, medium chain triglycerides, acidity regulator (501), vitamins, sweeteners (aspartame, acesulfame potassium), flavour.
