Optifast VLCD Shake Chocolate is a nutritionally complete very low calorie diet shake, part of a pack of 12 x 53g sachets designed for safe and effective weight loss.

Each shake contains 27 essential vitamins and minerals, is high in protein and a source of fibre, and can be used to replace one, two or three meals a day as part of the OPTIFAST Program.

Directions:
Add one sachet to 200-250mL of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. Consume within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.

Skimmed Milk Powder (40%), Milk Proteins (Calcium Caseinate, Sodium Caseinate), Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Sunflower), Maltodextrin (Corn), Cocoa (5%), Minerals, Vegetable Gum (414), Fructo-oligosaccharide, Inulin, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Vitamins, Sweeteners (Aspartame, Acesulfame Potassium), Flavour.
