The Optifast VLCD Program is a nutritionally complete, very low calorie diet for the management of people who are obese or severely overweight, with the Protein Plus Shake range including this Vanilla flavour.

To assist with compliance, the product range comes in a variety of formats including shakes, desserts, soups and bars, and this shake contains Milk, Soy and Fish, and Phenylalanine.

Contents:
2 x Optifast VLCD Protein Plus Shake Vanilla 10 x 63g

Directions:
Add one sachet to 200-250mL of cold or ambient water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. Prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.

Milk Proteins (Calcium Caseinate, Sodium Caseinate, Whey), Maltodextrin, Vegetable Oil, Minerals, Vegetable Gum, Fructo-Oligosaccharide, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Fish Oil, Flavour, Sweeteners, Emulsifiers, Antioxidants, Vitamins.
