Made with pea and oat protein, it is non-dairy and suitable for lactose intolerance, with 27 essential vitamins and minerals plus fibre for complete nutrition. It can replace 1, 2 or 3 daily meals as part of the Optifast Program.

Directions:
Add one sachet to 200-250mL of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. Consume within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.

Ingredients:
Pea protein, maltodextrin, oat protein concentrate, minerals, cocoa powder (4.7%), vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), acacia gum, fructo-oligosaccharide, inulin, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vitamins, sweetener (sucralose). Contains soy and gluten. May contain milk.
