Optifast VLCD Chocolate Bar is part of a nutritionally complete, very low calorie diet program, providing all the nutrients required for safe and effective weight loss, including protein to help preserve lean muscle mass while losing fat stores.

This satisfying, convenient bar can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner as part of the Optifast VLCD Program, and can be swapped for any other product in the Optifast VLCD range. It is high in protein, a good source of fibre and gluten free.

Directions:
Open the wrapper and consume the bar. Optifast VLCD Bars are convenient and ready to eat; one bar is equivalent to one meal on the Optifast VLCD Program. On the Intensive Level, replace all meals with three Optifast VLCD products per day, plus a minimum of two litres of calorie-free fluid and at least two cups of low starch vegetables with one teaspoon of vegetable oil daily.

Ingredients:
Milk proteins, milk chocolate (14.5%) (sugar, cocoa solids 6%, whole milk powder, emulsifier soy lecithin, flavour), polydextrose, sorbitol, glycerol, minerals, cocoa powder (5%), vegetable oils (rapeseed, safflower), fructose syrup, soy protein isolate, glucose syrup, flavour, vitamins, emulsifier (soy lecithin). Contains milk and soy. May contain peanuts, tree nuts and oats.

Warnings:
