Directions:
Add one sachet of Optifast VLCD Soup to 200-250mL of hot water and stir vigorously. For best results, let sit for 1-2 minutes before consuming. Do not boil. Prepared products should be consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
