The Omron HEM6161 makes it easy to monitor blood pressure while on-the-go with a basic model that includes a cuff wrap guide and irregular heartbeat detection to ensure the monitor is used correctly. Features 30 reading memory to review the last 30 readings, hypertension indicators that alert you if blood pressure exceeds international guidelines, and an irregular heartbeat indicator that detects irregular heartbeats during measurement. Includes Intellisense Technology that automatically applies the right amount of pressure for fast, accurate and more comfortable measurements. The cuff is latex free with medium to large sizing.

Directions:
Avoid bathing, alcohol, caffeine, smoking, exercising and eating for 30 minutes before measurement. Rest 5 minutes. Sit upright with legs uncrossed and feet flat. Place arm through cuff with palm upward. Wrap cuff around wrist avoiding wrist bone. Rest arm so cuff is at heart level. Press START/STOP button. Cuff inflates and result displays (30-60 secs).
