Directions:

Ingredients:
Each vege capsule contains a proprietary blend of 75 billion CFU from Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei, HOWARU Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis, Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis and Lactobacillus casei, plus Inulin (Prebiotic) 50mg.
