Directions:
Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal. Add the powder of one sachet to a glass with 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir until mixed. Consume immediately.

Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 426.04mg equivalent to Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 350mg, Magnesium ascorbate 400.44mg equivalent to Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 350mg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg. Total Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1200mg.
