Directions:
Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal. Add the powder of one sachet to a glass, followed by 200mL of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly. Consume immediately.

Ingredients:
Each 2g sachet provides Thiamine hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Nicotinamide, Calcium pantothenate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Biotin, Folic acid and Cyanocobalamin, plus glycine and ascorbyl palmitate.

Warnings:
