This unflavoured, one-a-day formula is taken in water, juice, a smoothie or your favourite food.

Directions:
Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal. Add the powder of one sachet to a glass with 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir until mixed. Consume immediately.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients per 2g sachet include Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 12mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 13mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 90mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 10 micrograms, Calcium 100mg, Iron 4.5mg and Iodine 150 micrograms, among the full range of 21 vitamins and minerals.
