Directions:
Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal. Add the powder of one sachet to a glass with 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir until mixed. Consume immediately.

Ingredients:
Magnesium citrate 970.86mg equivalent to Magnesium 150mg, Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 726.04mg equivalent to Magnesium 150mg. Total Magnesium 300mg.
