The New Beginnings Breast Care Hot & Cold Packs are designed to provide both heat and cooling therapy to the breasts during breastfeeding.

Reusable, easy to use and easy to clean, they give full 360 degree coverage and encourage expressing and healthy let down, while helping to prevent engorgement and mastitis. Used warm, the packs help milk flow; used chilled, they help reduce pain and swelling caused by an oversupply of breastmilk. The packs change colour to indicate temperature, and can be used solo or with a breast pump.

For heat therapy, heat one pack at a time in the microwave for the indicated timing, lying flat, then test the temperature before applying. For cold therapy, place the packs flat in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours before use.
