Directions:
Adults and children 12+ years: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Each tablet contains Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 12mg, Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 5mg, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 1.5mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 2 micrograms, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 59mg, Vitamin E 7mg, Copper 350 micrograms, Biotin (Vitamin B7) 2.5mg, Iodine 50 micrograms, Iron 10.5mg, Selenium 30 micrograms, Silicon 15mg, Zinc 11mg, Cysteine 5mg.

Warnings:
Contains sulfites and soya bean products. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Store below 250C.
