Nature's Own Valerian Forte 2000mg provides 500mg of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract dry concentrate in every capsule.

Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to decrease excess nervous energy, it relieves sleeplessness and reduces the time it takes to fall asleep. It contains no added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners or dairy products.
