It supports energy production and relieves tiredness, and also supports cognitive function and nervous system function. It contains no added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives, dairy products or animal-derived products.

Adults 19 years and older: take 1 tablet daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Warnings:
Stop taking if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner (contains Vitamin B6). Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
