Nature's Own Sleep-Ezy is specially formulated with naturally derived extracts of Hops, Passionflower, Valerian and Chamomile.

It relieves sleeplessness and reduces the time it takes to fall asleep. Hops is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness. It contains no added gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products.

Adults take two to three capsules daily, one hour before going to bed, or as recommended by your health professional.

Ingredients:
Valeriana officinalis dry root extract 139mg, from 556mg dry root (Valerian); Humulus lupulus dry flower extract 33.33mg, from 250mg dry flower (Hops); Matricaria chamomilla dry flower extract 25mg, from 100mg dry flower (Chamomile); Passiflora incarnata dry herb extract 18.18mg, from 100mg dry herb (Passion Flower); also contains Calcium and Magnesium.

Warnings:
In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Contains sulfites.
