Nature's Own Magnesium + Sleep is a great-tasting tablet formulated with 320mg Magnesium (from Magnesium Carbonate Hydrate) and Passionflower extract, a herb traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness associated with stress.

It is also traditionally used to relieve restlessness, and helps relieve muscle cramps when dietary magnesium intake is inadequate. It is 99% sugar-free and contains no added gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, dairy products or animal-derived products.
