Ferrous fumarate 16mg equiv. elemental iron 5mg, Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 121mg equiv. ascorbic acid 100mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5mg, Folic acid 95mcg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 50mcg.

Warnings:
Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains sulfites.
