Each tablet provides Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 25mg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 50mg, plus trace amounts of copper, manganese, selenium, silicon and zinc, along with Biotin and Equisetum arvense dry stem extract 100mg (from 400mg dry stem, known as Horsetail). Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Contains sulfur dioxide and soya bean.
