Directions:

Ingredients:
Alpha casozepine enriched hydrolysed milk protein (Lactium), Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa dry seed extract 450mg from 4.5g dry seed (Spine Date), Humulus lupulus dry flower extract 66.67mg from 500mg dry flower (Hops).
