Metamucil Meta Probiotic Align contains the clinically tested strain Bifidobacterium longum 35624 to help maintain a healthy gut flora and relieve medically diagnosed IBS symptoms such as bloating, gas and abdominal pain.

Gluten free and fridge-free, it can be stored at room temperature. Just 1 capsule is taken per day, with or without food, and each capsule is individually packed in vacuumed blister packs, with 7 capsules per pack for a week's supply.

Directions:
For adults 12 years and older and children 6-11 years, take one capsule per day with adult supervision. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age because of the danger of choking.
