Melrose Health High Strength Fish Oil is a lemon flavoured, concentrated source of omega-3s derived from 100% sustainable wild-caught anchovies from the South Pacific Ocean.

The formula provides a strong dose of EPA and DHA to support cardiovascular system health, brain health and cognitive function, and eye function. One teaspoon contains more omega-3 fatty acids than 9 standard 1000mg fish oil capsules. The oil undergoes a patented purification process with independent lab testing for heavy metals and toxins, and is Friend of the Sea certified.

Directions:
Adults take 1 metric teaspoon (5mL) daily. Children take 2.5mL daily.
