Melrose Health Fish Oil Health & Heart is a lemon and lime flavoured fish oil made from 100% sustainable wild-caught sardines and anchovies from the Atlantic Ocean, providing a good source of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

EPA and DHA reduce inflammation, support cardiovascular health, maintain eye integrity and support brain health. The oil is independently lab tested for heavy metals and toxins, caught by purse seiners with no impact on the seabed, and is certified by Friend of the Sea for sustainable practices.

Directions:
