Melrose Health Australian Flaxseed Oil 500mL Pack of 4

Melrose Australian Flaxseed Oil is cold-pressed from Australian-grown flaxseeds, providing one of the highest concentrations of plant-based essential fatty acid omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), as an alternative to fish oil.

ALA is converted to EPA and DHA in the body, essential fatty acids required for optimum health. The oil supports general health and wellbeing, nourishes skin and hair health, and contains phytosterols that can minimise the absorption of cholesterol in the diet. It is shelf stable and does not need to be refrigerated.

Take 1 tablespoon (20mL) daily.
