Melrose Fish Oil + Vitamin D Joint & Bone is derived from 100% sustainable wild-caught sardines and anchovies, in a lemon and lime flavoured, premium fish oil that is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

Essential fatty acids and vitamin D are both common nutritional deficiencies, and this blend supports healthy joints, calcium absorption, immune health and general wellbeing. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin, making it the perfect partner to help absorption of the fish oil in the body. All Melrose fish oils are independently lab tested for heavy metals and toxins, caught by purse seiners which have no impact on the seabed, and the product is certified by Friend of the Sea.

Directions:
Adults take 1 metric teaspoon (5ml) daily. Children take 2.5ml daily.
