Deep ocean fish such as cod are a natural source of the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, and this cod liver oil is also a source of vitamins A and D. Vitamin A supports eye health and healthy eye function, helps maintain eyesight and vision, and supports skin health, while Vitamin D supports immune system health and helps maintain calcium levels in the body. Directions:
Adults take 1 metric teaspoon (5ml) daily. Children take 2.5ml daily. Best consumed with food.

Each 5mL dose contains cod liver oil, omega-3 triglycerides, EPA and DHA, retinyl palmitate (Vitamin A) 2.49mg and cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3).
