MediChoice Epsom Salts is magnesium sulfate, an easy-dissolving fine crystal used to help soothe away the day's stress and relieve tired, aching joints.

Beyond bath relaxation, these crystals can also be used as a fabric softener or as a fertiliser for the garden.

Directions:
For bath relaxation, dissolve 375g in an average size bath of warm water. As a fabric softener, place 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts in the washing machine before commencing the rinse cycle. As a fertiliser, spread over soil to help with magnesium and sulfur deficiencies, or apply as a foliar spray for citrus crops, tomatoes and lettuce (375g to 20 litres). Seek advice from an agricultural specialist for further guidance.
