Medi-Ice Pak Hot Wheat Heat Pack Bundle of 3

The Medi-Ice Pak Hot Wheat Heat Pack is made from Australian wheat and wool, and is used in heat therapy to help reduce stiffness, improve blood flow and relieve pain.

Heat therapy of this kind is generally used from around 72 hours after an injury occurs, once initial swelling has settled, to relax and soothe the area.

Heat the pack on a clean, dry turntable in the microwave, staying in attendance at all times while it heats.

Directions:
Heat on a clean, dry turntable in the microwave. Be in attendance at all times when heating. Reheat only once cool, in short bursts, checking each time. Do not wrap in any insulating material. If any burning smell is detected during use, allow the pack to cool then discard it.

Warnings:
Do not overheat or use under bedding. Discard if wet or contaminated in any way. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Contains small parts; do not use if broken. The elderly may be more susceptible to burns, so monitor carefully.
