Directions:
Adults only: 1 sachet once daily. Consume the contents of one sachet as is, or dissolve in a small amount of cold, still water or juice. Can be consumed with a meal. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Intended for adults with an increased demand for iron, such as pregnant women, women in the peri-menstrual period, blood donors and vegetarians.

Ingredients:
Each 5g sachet contains Ferric Ammonium Citrate 93.5 milligrams, equivalent to 20 milligrams of elemental iron. Inactive ingredients: glycerol, water, soya lecithin, rapeseed lecithin, pectins and natural flavour.
