Directions:
Recommended from 6 months, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Add the powder to a bottle with lukewarm liquid and shake vigorously. Ensure the powder is fully dissolved, then consume immediately. Can also be added to food. Only use the enclosed spoon; 1 level spoon equals 1 gram. For 6 months to 3 years, use 1 gram daily (1 level spoon).
