Directions:
Children 3-12 years take 2 grams (2 level spoons) daily, or as directed by your health professional. Mix the powder vigorously in lukewarm water and ensure it is fully dissolved before consuming immediately. Can also be added to food. Only use the enclosed spoon; 1 level spoon = 1 gram.

Ingredients:
Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis HN019, Bifidobacterium lactis BI-04, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Zinc (from zinc citrate), Colecalciferol (Vitamin D) and Sambucus nigra (Elderflower) extract from dry flower 3g.
