Lacto-Free Tilactase 100 Tablets is a convenient dispenser pack that supports the digestion of lactose in dairy products, helping to manage gas, cramps, bloating and diarrhoea.

Specially formulated to improve the digestion of lactose, particularly for people who are lactose intolerant and have trouble digesting lactose, it allows dairy products such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and ice cream to be enjoyed without the usual symptoms.

Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years: swallow 1 to 2 tablets prior to consuming dairy products. Repeat the dose if you continue to eat dairy after one hour. Adjust the dose to suit your individual needs. Do not exceed 12 tablets a day.

Tilactase 4,000 ALU per tablet.

Warnings:
If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hours. Keep out of reach of children.
