Directions:
Mix one serve with 200mL full fat milk and shake thoroughly to combine.

Ingredients:
Whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, dietary fibre (Fibersol 2), inulin, vanilla flavours, inositol, xylitol, glutamine, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, xanthan gum, potassium citrate and added vitamins and minerals.
