Inner Health Travel Bug Probiotic 20 Capsules Pack of 5

Inner Health Travel Bug is a probiotic capsule containing Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii), formulated to help reduce the risk of traveller's diarrhoea and to help relieve diarrhoea in adults and children.

It can be taken before and during travel to help reduce the risk of symptoms of traveller's diarrhoea, or used afterwards to help relieve diarrhoea.

Directions:
Adults and children over 3: to reduce the risk of diarrhoea when travelling, take 1 capsule daily for 5 days prior and every day while travelling. To relieve diarrhoea: adults take 2 capsules twice daily; children from 3 months to 12 years take 1 capsule twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Infants and children unable to swallow a capsule can have the contents dissolved in water, breast milk or formula. Capsules can be pulled apart and the powder added to food or liquid if preferred.

Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 5 Billion live probiotics: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii) 5 Billion CFU.

Warnings:
If symptoms of diarrhoea persist for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years, or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years, seek medical advice.
