Directions:
Adults and children over 5 years: take 1 capsule daily during the antibiotic course and for 14 days after, to restore healthy gut bacteria balance and immunity. Take instead of your usual probiotic, 2 hours apart from the antibiotic dose, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Capsules can be pulled apart and the powder added to food or liquid if preferred.

Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 31 Billion live probiotics: Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG) 20 Billion CFU, Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis (BB-12) 10 Billion CFU, Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-5) 1 Billion CFU.
