Directions:
Adults: take 1 capsule daily. Children over 5 years: empty the contents of 1 capsule and mix with water once daily for immune support, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Capsules can be pulled apart and the powder added to food or liquid if preferred.

Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 25 Billion live probiotics: Lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM) 12.5 Billion CFU, Bifidobacterium lactis (Bi-07) 12.5 Billion CFU.

Warnings:
