It reduces the frequency and duration of common cold symptoms such as a runny nose and coughs, and can reduce the number of days a child is absent from childcare or school due to common colds, while boosting immune system function. It has a naturally sweet taste.

Children aged over 2 years take 1.2g (1/2 a dry level metric teaspoon) daily mixed into water, juice or milk, sprinkled on cereal or food, or taken directly off the spoon. Consult a healthcare professional before use in children under 2 years of age.
