Hydralyte Tropical Flavoured Electrolyte Ice Blocks relieve symptoms of dehydration, helping replace water and electrolytes lost through vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers.

They are gluten free, Kosher Certified, made with no artificial flavours or preservatives, and suitable for use during pregnancy and for paediatric use.

Directions:
Place in the freezer. Once frozen, cut open one end with clean scissors, push the ice block from the uncut end and suck small amounts until consumed.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients per 62.5mL ice block: Glucose monohydrate 1 g, Citric acid monohydrate 300 mg, Sodium (from Sodium chloride) 61.5 mg, Potassium (from Potassium citrate) 50 mg.

Warnings:
Contains sugars, sucralose, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, with 54mg of potassium and 77mg of sodium per 62.5mL ice block. Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists.
