Hydralyte Orange Flavoured Electrolyte Powder is an oral rehydration solution in sachet form, formulated to help replace water and electrolytes lost through vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers.

The sachets are compact and light to carry, making this 24 pack a handy family stock-up suitable for the entire family, including babies, and pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.

Directions:
Fill a cup to the 200mL line with fresh, cold water (for babies under 6 months, use freshly boiled and cooled water). Empty one sachet into the water and stir until dissolved. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Discard unused solution after 2 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients per sachet: Glucose 2.91 g, Citric acid 880 mg, Sodium (from Sodium chloride) 210 mg, Potassium (from Potassium citrate) 160 mg.

Warnings:
Contains 160mg of potassium and 210mg of sodium per 200mL dose, and contains sugars and sucralose. Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists.
